Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If your purchase isn’t what you expected, I’m happy to help! You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email me at contact@lavietnamita.store to arrange it.
