At LaVietnamita, we take great care in processing and delivering your orders. As many of our products are made to order, there may be a short lead time for production and preparation before dispatch.

• Domestic: Belgium
• International (Within Europe)

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders:

• Belgium: We offer flat-rate shipping, with free shipping available on orders over €85
• International (Within Europe): Flat-rate shipping

Estimated Delivery Times

• Belgium: 4-7 days
• International (Within Europe): 4-12 days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, customs processing, and external factors. However, most orders arrive well within the maximum timeframe.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with Bpost, PostNL, DHL, and GLS to deliver your orders. The most cost-effective shipping option is selected to keep costs down.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier’s website.

International Shipping (Within Europe)

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

• Import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before placing an order.
• Customs clearance procedures may sometimes cause unexpected delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

LaVietnamita cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures due to factors beyond our control, including:
